- I’m copying below all of Cardona’s 5 books’ Tables of Contents, to see if I can make sense of his Saturn Theory chronology. I think this is probably his timeline:
AGE OF DARKNESS / ICE AGE -- NOVA -- POLAR CONJUNCTION -- INSTABILITY -- WARRING PLANETS -- SATURN DEPARTURE -- JUPITER ARRIVAL -- MOON ARRIVAL -- PLANETS DISPERSAL ----- (I can use these abbreviations within his Tables of Contents below: a n p i W S J M D)
- I think these are/were locations of major cataclysmic events:
SOLAR CURRENT SHEET -- SATURN ORBIT -- JUPITER ORBIT -- ASTEROID BELT -- SATURN ORBIT -- MARS ORBIT -- EARTH ORBIT -- VENUS ORBIT -- JUPITER ORBIT
- And these were the cataclysmic events that occurred, though it's not clear yet where the Saturn/Jupiter Train was in the solar system when each event occurred:
PANGAEA FORMATION (?BC) -- FLOOD (3300BC) -- YD (2600BC) -- BURCKLE CRATER (2300BC) -- DEAD SEA AIRBURST (1850BC) -- EXODUS DISASTER (1450BC)
The numbers here after each book title are chapter numbers and the letters are the abbreviations for his timeline: a=age of darkness, n=nova, p=polarconjunction, i=instability. That's as far as his books seem to go. They don't seem to cover that last five time periods. Cardona was planning to write a number of books. I think he was planning to write more when he died. Although his books don't finish his theory, he did write numerous articles which did cover much of the rest of it. I'm most interested in the events from the time of the instability till the gradual breakup of the system. Newborn Star is the only one that seems to cover the unstable period before the breakup. And it covers only the portion that involved Venus, not Mars. So I'll have to look elsewhere for most of the remainder of the timeline. Another observation re his books is that he seemed to switch back and forth from one time period to another in his sequence of chapters. I haven't analyzed them, so that's an impression.

Well, this is disappointing. I previously thought when I read Newborn Star that the latter part of the book was describing events toward the end of the Saturn Era, but on rereading it now, it seems Cardona thought these events occurred shortly after the Saturn nova and the early part of the Golden Age (Saturn Era). So where I used the letter i for instability above after "NEWBORN", it should be replaced with p for polarconjunction, which I guess was a period of relative stability. So it looks like I'll have to look in the other literature, instead of Cardona's books, for a better understanding of the unstable period and the end of the Saturn & Jupiter Trains.
